1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the flyaxon.com website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Services
Axon Jets LLC operates as a private jet charter broker. We arrange charter flights on behalf of clients by sourcing aircraft from third-party operators. Axon Jets does not own, operate, or maintain any aircraft. All flights are operated by FAA Part 135 certificated air carriers.
3. Charter Agreements
All charter flights are subject to a separate charter agreement between the client and the operating carrier, arranged through Axon Jets. The terms of each charter flight, including pricing, cancellation policies, and liability, are governed by the applicable charter agreement.
4. Broker Role and Limitation of Liability
Axon Jets acts solely as a broker and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of charter operators, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, mechanical issues, or incidents. Axon Jets' liability is limited to the broker fees paid for the specific transaction at issue.
5. Pricing and Payment
All quoted prices are estimates based on available information at the time of quotation. Final pricing is subject to change based on fuel costs, handling fees, and other variable factors. Payment terms are specified in each charter agreement.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by operator and are specified in each charter agreement. Axon Jets recommends reviewing the cancellation policy carefully before confirming any booking.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Axon Jets LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
9. Changes to Terms
Axon Jets reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
