Our Operator Standards
ARGUS International
ARGUS is the aviation industry's leading safety rating organization. All Axon operators hold ARGUS Gold or Platinum ratings, the top two tiers of the ARGUS rating system.
WYVERN Wingman
WYVERN conducts independent audits of charter operators, evaluating safety management systems, crew training, and operational procedures. We only work with WYVERN-approved operators.
IS-BAO Certification
The International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) is a code of best practices for business aviation. IS-BAO certification demonstrates a commitment to safety management at the organizational level.
FAA Part 135 Operations
All flights arranged by Axon Jets are operated under FAA Part 135 regulations, the federal standard for on-demand commercial air charter. This is non-negotiable.
Safety Culture & Incident Record
We evaluate each operator's safety culture beyond certifications. This includes reviewing NTSB and FAA incident and accident history, crew training programs, voluntary safety reporting participation (ASAP/FOQA), and management responsiveness to safety findings. A clean record matters. So does the culture that produces it.

Axon Jets was founded by a CFI with 11 years of commercial flying experience and 15+ years in the charter industry. Operators are evaluated the way a pilot would evaluate them, not the way a salesperson would.
