Tim Barbeau is a Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI) with 11 years of commercial flying experience and 15+ years in the private charter industry. He has structured thousands of charter agreements, sourced aircraft across every category, and built relationships with operators across the United States and internationally.
Before founding Axon Jets, Tim spent years on both sides of the industry, as a pilot and as a charter professional. That dual perspective shapes everything about how Axon operates. When Tim evaluates an operator, he does it the way a pilot would: with a focus on maintenance culture, crew training, and operational discipline.
